The Flourish Collaborative is a women-led consulting group that embraces a human-first, collaborative approach. Together, we partner with mission-driven organizations to tackle complex challenges with clarity and purpose.
We have more than 30 years of combined experience as leaders in the private and public sectors, including as executive director, chief of staff, spokesperson for elected officials and CEOs, communications director, community organizer, fundraiser for multi-million dollar budgets, event planner, and more.
